The luxurious VIK Winery is located in Millahue in the Cachapoal Valley of the Central Zone of Chile.
The Norwegian entrepreneur Alexander Vik came to Chile in 2004 with the aim of building an exceptional winery that would produce a unique wine and offer wine lovers a luxury experience. This goal has certainly been realized. The renowned British “World’s Best Vineyards Awards” ranked VIK as 14th among the 50 best vineyards in the world in July of this year. The three wines they produce, VIK, Milla Cala and La Pui Belle, are already world-class wines and are the result of an elegant blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenere, Syrah, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc, combined in a new way every year.
The VIK Winery has 4,325 hectares of land and an exclusive, modern hotel with 22 suites and a panoramic view of the Cachapoal Valley. Both in the wine cellar and in the hotel you can find different artistic expressions, each room has its own aesthetics. The Milla Milla restaurant at the winery serves first-class dishes with seasonal and local products.
Our sales managers Juliane and Sole recently visited VIK to get to know this exceptional winery better, with the aim of providing our clients with more thorough advice and offering the best possible travel programme to this destination.
