PISCO SOUR RECIPE – Mix yourself the taste of Chile

The brandy Pisco, made from the grapes grown in the Elqui Valley near La Serena, is an excellent base for cocktails such as Piscola, Pisco Sour or Mango Sour. The Pisco Sour was invented in the Morris Bar in Lima, Peru, and also became popular in Chile many decades ago. However, the preparation varies a little from country to country, although the lime juice provides that fresh, sour taste in both versions.

You haven’t tried a Pisco Sour yet?

We give you the recipe for this traditional cocktail. It’s easy to prepare and a refreshing drink at any party.

9 cl pisco
3 cl lime or lemon juice
