Like every year, German Unity day was celebrated on October 3rd. As a German bank holidays, it commemorates the official German reunification of the German Democratic Republic and the Federal Republic of Germany on October 3rd, 1990.
travelArt not only offers German-speaking tours in Chile, but was also founded by German enthusiasts of the South American country over 25 years ago and several members of our staff are actually Germans.
This is reason enough for us to celebrate this important holiday each year with all our colleagues.
Our last office celebration took place in 2019.
At the same time, we look forward hopefully to the coming year, when we will surely enjoy this day together again as a team and with typical German food.
