We experienced one of the most intense short programs during the tour “2 nights / 1 day on the MV Forrest”.
We booked the cabin with a private bathroom – a relatively small cabin but with two bunk beds (so more than enough space for our luggage) and a mini bathroom with shower and toilet.
Certainly not luxurious, but for 2 nights it was absolutely sufficient.
The whale watching experience was really great! We have seen the whales about four times and were able to get very close with our relatively small ship; it was awesome!
And we visited a glacier (of course there was whiskey with glacier ice!), got to know the impressive bird life of southern Chile and experienced wonderful sunsets.
The crew of the MV Forrest made the experience a highlight of our trip. The staff took great care of us; the meals were good and more than sufficient, and there was always enough Chilean wine.
I have rarely experienced such intense two days with so many highlights.
I absolutely recommend this program!
