travelArt Staff Workshop

The entire travelArt team had an excellent start to the new season. In September, we held another staff workshop on information and communication issues, which particularly benefitted the many new employees of our ever-growing company. Our colleagues from Patagonia and the Lakes Region joined us for this important occasion. Responsibilities and workflows, communication ideals, and staff member functions were explained in entertaining presentations. The whole team is now ready for the coming travel season, prepared to ensure smooth operations and even faster communication. We recently filled an innovative role: an “Area Manager” who will optimize the workflow between the sales & operations, traffic, marketing and product development departments.

Having gathered the whole team in Santiago, we took advantage of the opportunity to enjoy the sunny side of life during a lovely company outing. Here are some photos!

Moreover, our Sales & Operations team conducted on-site inspections of the new hotels in Santiago and in the Hotel Cumbres Lastarria, making us the first tour operator ever to do a site inspection there!
