We would like to hereby inform you about some temporary changes in Hotel Santiago (formerly Grand Hyatt Santiago) due to maintenance work throughout 2018.
The Atrium Lounge is going to be closed from mid-February to the beginning of June. However, the hotel is offering the same services as the lounge on the Senso terrace during this period.
From mid-June to the end of November 2018 guests will temporarily be welcomed at Dukes Bar.
The “Executive Floor” is going to be closed from the beginning of March until the end of July. Guests accommodated in the Club Rooms will receive a daily credit as compensation which can be redeemed in the minibar or one of the hotel restaurants. Guests will be informed about precise details at the reception.
Hotel Santiago is keen to avoid any inconvenience caused by the upcoming renovations and dedicated to guaranteeing its guests the best possible stay.
