Picadas are cookshops, where you can eat simple but tasty traditional dishes at prices that are affordable for everybody \u2013 it is almost like glimpsing into the kitchen of a Chilean housewife.<\/p>\n<p>Another important piece of Chilean culture are the famous \u201cSanguches\u201d (Burgers\/Sandwiches). Chileans have developed many combinations during the last hundred years or more, such as the \u201cChacarero,\u201d \u201cBarros Jarpa\u201d or \u201cChurrasco Italiano\u201d \u2013 all unbelievably tasty and rich in calories. Additionally, guests can take a \u201cSanguche\u201d class and later surprise their own guests at home with a Chilean Burger.
