It is only a short drive from the capital Santiago and offers an unforgettable wine experience. <\/p>\n<p>The first vines of the<strong> biodynamic boutique winery <\/strong>were planted in 1999 and are located on the slopes of this protected valley, making them pioneers in Chile in the production of the cool-climate <strong>Syrah grape variety<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.chile-reise.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Rosario-valley-700x300.jpg\" alt=\"Rosario valley\" width=\"700\" height=\"300\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-15845\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.chile-reise.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Rosario-valley-700x300.jpg 700w, https:\/\/www.chile-reise.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Rosario-valley-620x266.jpg 620w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.chile-reise.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Matetic-degustation.png\" alt=\"Matetic degustation\" width=\"280\" height=\"180\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-15849\" \/>Matetic produces a wide range of wines, including the famous<strong> &#8220;Equilibrio&#8221;<\/strong>, which is known for its balance and sophistication.
