Since Chile&#8217;s borders have been open again since November 23, tourists from abroad can also experience this phenomenon up close. Between the towns of Villarrica and Puc\u00f3n the duration of the solar eclipse will be longest with 2 minutes and 3 seconds. If this area cannot be visited due to pandemic restrictions, the surroundings also offer very good alternatives. In Valdivia for example, the solar eclipse will be 99% and in Concepci\u00f3n 94%.
