Kaum aus Patagonien zur\u00fcck, waren sie im Februar in der Atacamaw\u00fcste unterwegs, um neue, spannende Wanderungen &#8222;off the beaten track&#8220; f\u00fcr unsere Kunden auszukundschaften. Beide sind gro\u00dfe Fans der Atacama und jedes Mal auf\u00b4s Neue von der Vielf\u00e4ltigkeit dieses relativ kleinen Gebietes begeistert. Und auch jetzt sind sie voller Ideen und neuer Varianten zur\u00fcckgekehrt: sei es eine versteckte Wanderroute durch das Valle de la Luna, wo au\u00dfer ihrer Gruppe NIEMAND war oder Wandervarianten bei den Geysiren von El Tatio &#8211; auf einer kaum begangenen Route, abseits der anderen Touristen. Auch etwas anspruchsvollere Touren f\u00fcr unsere Wander- und Trekkingreisen haben die beiden ausprobiert, so zum Beispiel zu den Altiplanolagunen. Als Highlight unternahmen Carsten und Elke die Besteigung des 5.600 m hohen Vulkan Toco.<\/p>\n<p>In den letzten Jahren sind San Pedro und die Atacamaw\u00fcste so bekannt geworden, dass entlang der bekannten Routen die Zahl der Touristen stetig steigt.
