Chilenische Cowboys geben bei einer Pferdeshow ihre K\u00fcnste zum Besten und traditionelle Handwerkstechniken wie das  Weben und T\u00f6pfern werden von K\u00fcnstlern vorgef\u00fchrt. H\u00f6hepunkt des Tages ist ein patagonisches Grillen: ein ganzes Lamm wird am langsam \u00fcber offenen Feuer gegrillt.
