We are looking for a sales executive with very good English and/or German skills to complete our sales team.

Prerequisites:

• flexibility
• ability to work under strict deadlines

• attention to detail
• ability to stay organized in a fast-moving environment

Position responsibilities:

• creation, planning and supervision of programs in Chile
• client correspondence
• creation of new offers
• calculation of individual and group excursions
• booking of excursions
• management of excursions (supervision of deadlines, vouchers, invoices, post-calculation etc.)
• handling of passenger documentation
• Responsibility for the 24-hour emergency phone

Requirements: Higher education in tourism-related subjects, excellent German and/or English writing and reading skills, very good Spanish skills, good computer skills (Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook)

Experience with tourism in Latinamerica of advantage

Local Tourist Guide (Metropolitan Region, Lake Region, Patagonia and San Pedro de Atacama) and Steady Guide for entire Chile in the language German, English, French, and Dutch.

Requirements:

• Thorough knowledge of Chile (for steady guides)
• Excellent knowledge of the Central Area, Patagonia, Lake Region, or San Pedro de Atacama for local tourist guides
• Pro-active, create and polite
• Organizing skills for handling conflict situations
• Experience in traditional guided tours, cruises, trekking, cultural and botanical tours
• Knowledge of first aid
• Management of the native language or advanced oral and written level
• Experience in tourism and guiding
• Studies related to tourism, languages or similar (not neccesarily)
