We are pleased to announce a new partner estate in the Cachapoal Valley: This enchanting colonial style family-run “Vineyard Torreon de Paredes” is located around 115 km south of the capital Santiago, in an idyllic location amidst its vineyards. The picturesque restored colonial style features a charmingly tall tower almost 300 years old. This gives the winery its name and during the wine tours this tower can be climbed and of course showcases the beauty of this estate along with trees centuries old and the surrounding valley. Torreón de Paredes has been awarded with the “Sello S”, a Chilean seal of sustainability. This seal is particularly focuses on environmentally friendly production as well as embedding in local structures. During guided tours, the guests are introduced to the history and culture, as well as the sustainable production methods. Last but definitely not least the guests will finally enjoy a tasting of three different fine wines. A visit to Torreón de Paredes can be combined with other wineries in the Cachapoal Valley. If you would like to include this winery in your programs, please contact your travelArtist.
