SANTIAGO – Buy cheap flights from South America. Now the US airliner Indigo Partners is launching its new inexpensive airline JetSmart to get a taste of Chile’s aviation market. JetSmart will start this year with three Airbus A320ceo and 2018 will grow to eleven aircrafts. JetSmart promises to undercut standard ticket prices by 35 percent, and wants to fly to point-to-point domestic routes internationally as well. JetSmart plans to open its tents at Santiago de Chile airport, which means a surely serious competition for LATAM and the Avianca subsidiary Sky Airline. Both airlines are now experimenting with cheap tickets. Even better reason to make Chile your next travel destination.
